As a courtesy to our patients, Palmetto Family Dentistry will estimate your financial responsibility for services rendered and will file your insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance information with you to your initial appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Palmetto Family Dentistry is an in-network provider for:

  • BCBS Plus
  • Delta Dental
  • Delta Premier
  • MetLife
  • TriCare
  • United Concordia

 

Please remember that it is the full responsibility of the patient to cover all fees that are charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. If the insurance company does not cover the amount estimated, if the insurance company sends the payment to the patient or if the insurance company does not pay within 30 days, it is the responsibility of the patient.


SCHEDULING

Palmetto Family Dentistry sees patients Monday – Thursday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. These hours are subject to change due to various unforeseen circumstances. If any significant or permanent changes occur to the schedule, we will inform our patients.

Please note that we do not double book appointments because we feel that your time is very important. In return, we appreciate a 48 hour notice for any cancellations.

FINANCIAL POLICY

For your convenience, Palmetto Family Dentistry accepts checks, cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We feel that we provide each patient with superb service at a reasonable price therefore we do require payment at the time of service.

Palmetto Family Dentistry also accepts Care Credit and Citi Health. Care Credit and Citi Health are healthcare credit cards that have no interest extended payment options, if you qualify.   If you are interested in Care Credit (GE Capital), you may apply online at www.CareCredit.com or call 800-365-8295.  If you are interested in Citi Health (Citibank), you may apply online at www.healthcard.citicards.com.

If you are concerned about payment for services that are pending, you may prepay your account and carry a credit.
